      When were running its not a bad place. People do what they have to do. You might have one here and there who don't help out but nice people.

      If gas drop then company slows down a lot.

      Opportunity to influence business decisions. Management strives to improve business and is willing to hear new ideas.

      Cons

      Due to the oil economy, the business is forced to operate with lean staff which increases burden on remaining employees. This situation is expected to improve when the oil economy picks back up.
