Pros

- Great for those willing to learn fast: the learning curve is intense - Impressive recruitment/ onboarding process, the People & Culture department does a great job - Client industry and project scopes are super varied - New ideas are spotlighted and celebrated - Genuine people, kind and willing to help for the most part

Cons

- Overtime is the biggest issue, the whole workforce works beyond their capacity and at no additional pay. OMMAX loses great talent due to this being the status quo. - While people are very nice, in Munich people are extremely "German-first", leaving internationals aside - Vertical hierarchy and lack of transparency at times. While some of the leadership tries to mitigate this, others don't seem to care and create a toxic environment - The company is in constant re-organization due to its growth. This has harmed their employee's career development, as promotions and acknowledgment gets forgotten at the expense of leadership's focus being elsewhere

Pros

Great team and atmosphere, office is very nice with great location. Fun weekly get togethers in the office and lunches with team which is great for team bonding and getting to know other team members. Really fun events such as the Christmas party. Quick learning curve and ability to work with various team members.

Cons

Hours are not flexible, even for making any form of appointment outside of business hours (always need to inform team even if just out for one hour). Disconnect between leadership and junior team. No clear or structured career development roadmap (largely based on luck with project staffing and leadership placement). Salary in-transparency within company. Work life balance poor but expected within consulting.
