The manager is an uneducated person who provides no knowledge to the company or its employees. He is surrounded by a small group of people of the same kind. He and his group do whatever they want and treat people however they please. I wouldn't recommend anyone work for that company unless they want to work 24 hours a day and handle tasks that aren't their responsibility
