Real review of ONQOR - Anonymous employee ONQOR Group Employee Review

The team I worked with were nice. 4 day work week.

Where do I start! Working here was the epitome of smoke & mirrors. 4 day work week and "mental health" virtue signalling from management - followed by bullying and isolation if something ever went wrong. I worked there for 7 months and they never had any clients. The company is either a front for something nefarious, or was just run by inept people. Low wages. Substance abuse culture in the workplace. Awful projects. I was hired as a junior with no experience and on a shoestring salary, I was then provided no training in my field, and was then made to feel like a complete idiot when I wasn't able to do the things that required training. ONQOR ended up firing me out of nowhere after building up a bogus case against me saying I was unfit to do my job. I'm so happy I ended up working for a company that provided actual training and had actual projects - because I learned that I was actually good at what I do, I just needed to learn. Mine (and apparently everyone else's) pensions have completely vanished. Have heard the company is in administration - I don't usually take joy from negative things happening to other people, but maybe in this case..

No pros, this company is a scam

Everything. No management at all. The CEO vanished after a few months of creating the group. Complete chaos. It's already in Administration, and I feel so sorry for all the brilliant people who have lost their jobs from one day to another.
