Pros
People are generally nice and helpful. Good benefits. Work is simple and generally uncomplicated.
Cons
Do not work here if you have any aspirations of climbing the ladder in a state other than Utah. Hong Kong-based management recently restructured and you will be pushed to move to new Salt Lake City HQ if you want promotions. Work is extremely boring and multiple layers of bureaucracy make it impossible to get things done quickly. Container shipping has become a commoditized industry and employees are treated as such.
