Pros
The bosses are very nice people who will listen to suggestions (not necessarily implement). They do not micro-manage either and trust that their employees can produce work independently (as long as results are shown). They will also try to find solutions to help any employee who is facing difficulties. It's a good place for fresh-grads and entry levels to join especially because the head boss, Mervin, is very welcoming of new young workers and provide them with necessary trainings.
Cons
The company tries to take up too many products/services (mix of own product and partnership product). There can be a lack of transparency or puzzlement in the way some business decisions are made too. Which could lead an employee to feeling lost and uncertain about the company's direction. There are also very few to no seniors for guidance (so enter with caution for new job seekers), but you will learn a lot very quickly.
