I can't say enough good things about Optibelt. The management staff is one of the best I have ever worked for from the top down. My manager's Andreas and Jackie E are the best managers I have ever had. Jackie E is respectful to all her employees and never talks down to anyone. She is understanding and always willing to drop whatever she is doing to help out if needed. I can't tell you how happy I am to have a great manager's like Andreas and Jackie.

I don't have any. This company has welcomed me with open arms and made me feel welcomed and respected from day one of my employment. Work is work I am just grateful to have found a great place to work like Optibelt.
