They have flexibility if it is needed.
Cons
They want you to do 3-4 different peoples jobs, as they do not want to hire more people to lighten the work load, but do not offer any compensation for it. If you say you are unable to do something, they look at you as not someone willing to do whatever it takes. They expect you to work around the clock, like it is no big deal.
