Pros

The culture here is one of mutual respect and open communication, which is critical in my opinion. It is a pleasure to work with my team and colleagues all of whom are highly skilled and are dedicated to both personal and company success. There’s a strong focus on efficiency, with the latest technologies and systems in place to optimize workflows. As Head of Ops, I appreciate the company's commitment to continuous improvement and the resources they provide to make it happen.

Cons

The industry is extremely challenging and can be demanding, and it requires a high level of adaptability to keep up with changing priorities. Work-life balance can be a challenge at times but the team is supportive and management understands the importance of flexibility.

Provided comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. Managed and maintained office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure availability and functionality. Coordinated travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assisted with logistical arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events, such as venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup. Handled incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Managed documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assisted with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement claims. Provided assistance to program personnel in coordinating logistical arrangements for meetings organized by the secretariat as needed. Assisted finance personnel in processing manual payments and accurately recording data in the accounting system.
