meet very talented people who are very helpful

poor management, bad pay and a toxic culture

I had read the negative reviews about OR and took a job there with some trepidation but have been pleasantly surprised. The content they are making is fascinating and there are lots of really talented people working there. The editorial approval process is a bit different to most production companies but that doesn’t really affect me. From conversations I’ve had with people who have been there a while, a lot of work has gone into improving processes and communication across all departments. The production values of the films are high end, with decent budgets and I have never had any issues with my own payment - fair rate and always paid on time.
