      Little workload, you'll have freedom to come up with ideas cos well, the boss doesn't have any.

      Cons

      Director has lack of experience. Has no idea how to get sponsorships and has no idea how to run the business/organization. After 5 years, organization has yet to break even; join at your own risk. No bonus.
