Poor leadership. Dysfunctional politics at the senior levels the ripples of which impact others. Some senior leaders have 'switched off' their responsibilities in light of the acquisition by AVEVA, other senior leaders have been 'parachuted in' thanks to social connections with 'the family' rather than credentials and others turned out to be pretty bad hires in terms of 'cultural fit' with the organisation, one of them in particular trying to impose a style of work with overzealousness on compliance that is completely at odds with the company's culture to the detriment of the agility to support the business. Unfortunately, all of these are representing the company in rather senior conversations and do not represent what the company really stands for.
