Very disrespectful communication with supervisors, and the way they talk about clients is no better. Even during the job interview, their head manager or regional manager said things like: “You have to be able to tell at first glance whether a client is rich or poor and push the product on them. If you’re not obsessed with money, there’s nothing for you to do here. I don’t even know who found you and invited you to the interview, or if you found us yourself…”
The way they talk to you and the way they describe clients creates the strong impression that the company doesn’t care about its employees at all — they are seen as nothing more than dumb staff whose only purpose is to increase the company’s profit. Clients are also viewed simply as bags of money. The main goal is just to make as much money as possible not to help people.
