Made more money than I thought possible - Business Development Representative (BDR) OTR Transportation Employee Review

After working at a few brokerages, I have finally found a spot with an abundance of opportunities and a general great vibe. I feel supported by management, I enjoy going into the office ( I worked remote for 3 years) and most importantly I love my co workers and the team I work with.

Can be stressful long hours but standard with any brokerage.

Great office with some leeway to do things throughout the day. Pretty good group of people

Upper management went into a power struggle once the CEO passed away in a plane accident. People trying to turn the company in their direction and the atmosphere has changed.
