      Brand and concept but in practice there is no Oakley standards when higher management from sunglass hut rules over oakley with no respect whatsoever.

      Cons

      No respect to employee's rights. Because sunglass hut higher management has no criteria to conduct any matter with the due respect. They basically mistreat you like a vain labour.

      Pros

      Amazing team and great employee discount. This is a brand with an amazing history and a coolness factor. There is a great collaborative culture and you do learn valuable sales techniques which you can carry on to any other job.

      Cons

      Extremely poor hourly rate. 13-18 per hour, with no commissions, and there is a big preference for hiring external management rather than promoting sales people. When business is slow, you are asked to leave early, severely impacting your livelihood. I would only recommend this if you are desperate for a job, and will take anything.
