Small company so advancement is tough.

I'm happy to say that I am celebrating my one year anniversary with Oaks Properties this week. I have had the privilege of working with some wonderful companies throughout my career including my own. However, I can honestly say that I've not been this happy at any of them. My best friend commented recently that he hadn't seen me this happy at a company or with my job in quite a while. It's true, I'm excited from the moment I wake to get to work with folks I admire and respect where I feel valued and appreciated.

I wish there were more hours in the day because I enjoy working that much!
