Pros
Most of the staff are nice, some were very supportive with training, others just got on with it. Pay was decent.
Cons
Very long hours. Not very well managed compared to other practices. A lot of the time the management and senior receptionists would sit around and talk, and if a patient complained or asked to speak to a manager they would find any reason to get out of it which then left it to the younger staff to deal with.
