Really good place to work

The upper management seemed to share a genuine concern for personal items and issues, and had whole meetings just to talk about how things were going with me. There's some really good folks at OAS.

They are absolutely under the heel of their government leads, to where if there's any sort of personality or work style mismatch, the customer says "I don't want to work with him" and you immediately get let go by the company with no explanation or even a meeting.
