Pros
After working for some major companies I can honestly say I have never felt more respected and valued by an employer. I truly believe my opinion holds weight and was challenged early on in my career here when I kept my mouth shut about something I felt was unjust because I was a new employee and felt I didn't have a say. I believe everyone here has a voice in pushing the company forward. I would rather work for a company who is trying to do the right things and occasionally falters, than a company that continually tells you they are doing the right things and you need to fall in line. In an industry full of companies who will tell you how their "culture is the best" as evidenced by the parties they throw, it is nice to work for a mature employer whose culture centers around treating their employees with respect.
Cons
As in any growing company, there are growing pains. However these seem much less like mountains to climb and more like hills due to the positive outlook of the leadership.
