      Pros

      World-class team means you're constantly learning from others. Team is friendly and friendships are strong. If you like working on many kinds of things, you will enjoy Obsidian Systems. There are many projects to work on and you get a taste of different technologies. But always with an agreement that FP is a "good idea."

      Cons

      The diversity of projects keeps things interesting but can also be tiresome. You don't often feel "at home" in a project because it's you may only stay on it for a few months. Teams change often and without a lot of notice.

      Pros

      All the benefits of being a private contractor while being under the protection of an organized LLC. The clients' needs varied, and it was common to be jump between clients as staffing needs required. This meant you always got to work on something new. Never feel stagnant.

      Cons

      The Pro can be a Con for some people that want more stability and direction in their tasking. If you aren't good at context switching it may be challenging there.

      Interesting coworkers, management is understanding and overall very friendly. Technical leader in the FRP field.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better. Crowded main office.
