Pros
From when I joined I've felt like my work mattered right away. In my first few weeks I got to lead a project end-to-end that would’ve taken years to touch at previous larger companies I've worked at. The team is sharp, supportive, and leadership is approachable. In fact, i’ve even had casual brainstorms with the CEO over coffee and I think it’s a great place with lots of room to grow fast. If you show ownership in your work, you'll get a ton of autonomy. I'd say that if you like learning on the fly, this is an amazing place to be. If you want predictability and structure, it’s probably not the right fit.
Cons
Things move quickly and priorities shift. You’ll often wear multiple hats and need to figure things out as you go. That pace isn’t for everyone, I've seen a lot of competent people give up. Startups are hard!
