      Great benefits. Cordial environment. Remote position. PTO is good.

      Cons

      Pay is low for dealing with irate patients and being verbally abused. Supervisors don't advocate for their team if a patient or doctor is rude over the phone.

      It is a very professional environment, co workers are amazing, and flexible/understanding with schedules.

      I would say the employees are the cons or some of the patients.

      Cons

      Cons would be the managers not wanting to assist in any way and allowing the doctors or patients just curse you out and of course you just have to smile and move on to the next call.
