      Pros

      Professional coworkers with high involvement. Option for good retirement program.

      Cons

      I can not find anything wrong regarding Ocean Rig. During turndown the company did not get new contracts and many people lost the job but I have strong feeling if recovery time will come up they will be back.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work, with situation changing everyday. Global operations hence global exposure. Good remuneration for expatriate staff including health insurance and education.

      Cons

      Micromanagement by Greek CEO, with decisions made that make no logical sense. Policies implemented without being fully understood; changing minds on decisions made; no transparency and questionable ethics.

      Pros

      Multinational company - drilling operation with global presence and HQ in Athens. The average employee is between 28 and 35 years old

      Cons

      The Management does not care about the employees, the compensation is very poor and there are not any opportunities for career advancement
