      Employee discount on already cheap items.

      Cons

      Schedule was horrible. Would close at 1030pm and have to return at 5am. Corporate and upper management want complete control over your life both in and out of work. Points system is unfair and doesn't take into account the times you have to stay late, cover a shift or anything g positive.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
