      Pros

      There is a lot of room to move up quickly. I would do it just to get the experience. Most of the hourly employees are good people.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what they are doing. Several instances of harrassment where nothing was done when reported to human relations. Alot of scandal within the districts. Poor pay.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
