      My co-workers are nice and work hard

      Worse job I EVER had. They don’t walk the talk. Constant revolving door at all levels. People are given goals they can’t possibly achieve. Home office people when they visit the store are so negative – why bother to visit.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
