Pros

This is the best company culture I've ever been a part of, and it's 100% remote! Octane has perfected how to create a community, make everyone feel valued & heard, and one person's success & win is celebrated by everybody. The CEO will go to each and every one of us and ask for our opinions, feedback, and recommendations on projects he works on and how to make the company even better. I have personally never seen a CEO so involved with each & every employee, and genuinely so openly grateful for the teams he has. There is no one you can't approach or talk to at this company, and social hours via Zoom are encouraged and scheduled. Octane hires people from all over the world, which makes connecting with co-workers online that much more fun and interesting. My manager checks in with me to always make sure my workload isn't too much, and honest feedback and updates are always welcome here. Not to mention, the product itself ROCKS! Working in Octane's platform and partnering closely with brands is what also makes this company and job so fun. I truly cannot recommend Octane AI enough.

Cons

Truly not a single con!

Pros

A proper work/life balance - boundaries are 100% respected A fully remote company with employees worldwide The ability to grow, ebb, and flow with your contributions Thoughtful and powerful benefits that just keep getting better Talented leadership that truly care about their teams A product that's easy to believe in and see the real value of it

Cons

Typical cons of a startup of this size (<50 people) - not enough time in the day to do everything that needs to be done. More resources will come as we continue to grow.
