Pros
The office space is beautiful and it’s located in downtown Toronto.
Cons
The Canadian entity is flat and everyone reports to the General Manager. Only 1 employee from the entire team had been there for more than a year. I worked there for 2 weeks and was let go by the GM because he said I hadn’t done anything of value in that time, despite not setting any expectations. I personally saw multiple employees cry because of how they were treated by the GM. It is a very sad and toxic place and I truly feel for the employees who work there.
