Flexible scheduling is about the only PRO
Cons
Company does NOT care about you as an individual. You are a number and as replaceable as a light bulb. Company is open 363 days out of the year and has zero respect for some of the more traditional holidays like Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Easter. Nope...they're open!! Because they're owned by a European company, they follow a different work mentality which is all about $$$. Employees are expendable. It's production over training, production over empathy, production over work-life balance. The training programs are pure rubbish. Consists of mostly reading and videos and a few hands-on events and supposedly you're trained. All centers have employees punch in/out and use a point-system...much like high school if you were tardy you get after school suspension. Monthly meetings are a joke as they're ill-prepared, poorly presented and cover the same stuff from the month before. Should be an e-mail!!! Management doesn't help when things get tough and sometimes can't even be found. Overall...I suggest moving on and consider McDonalds...at least there you get 1/2 off a meal.
