Pros
Fully flex working model (meaning you can work from the office or home as much as you want do) Work-Life balance is good with only occasional overtime and manageable workloads Business has been growing a lot and is the market leader for some products Some perks like health insurance, pension scheme and study allowance are good. But many benefits were discontinued since the outbreak of the pandemic without any clear reasons why. (The business is doing well financially) Compensation used to be above average but seems to be more on the lower end when compared with other employers in the space now
Cons
The atmosphere and culture is bad. There used to be more emphasis on team work and social events but now you are just expected to perform otherwise you are out. It's demotivating and frustrating. Although I was not personally affected, I have seen some concerning incidents of bullying and morally questionable treatment of other staff members. Career progression and training is not great
