Pros

They are lying that they have 80 employees but you just found 40 employee in which most of the Employee are fresher's. Lying to Employee is the Pros of this Company.

Cons

- Currently they are hiring Fresher's in Bulk to just Show the Strength of the Company. - Experience Employees know all the details of the company, so they are finding other company. - They are(Only CEO ) behaving very badly when Employee just make a small Mistake. - CEO does not have the Capability to take care of Experience and Good Employees. - CEO has still a BIG EGO that the company is Growing because of him. I want to say to CEO and Management that you Company is not Growing. - In the Market your Company Reputation is very Bad that Most of the Employee are Ignoring to Join even they are avoid to give Interview in your Company.

Pros

The company survived an extremely challenging year for the travel industry by cutting expenses other than staff and retained almost all of its staff. The company has made extensive efforts to provide a safe and socially distanced work environment for staff returning to the office.

Cons

Not a place to coast.

Cons

The owner and his buddy (cousin) the COO, CFO, and human resources all tied into one are extremely abusive and lack all respect and human decency. Unfortunately if you work here please be advised that you will have to enjoy being belittled, yelled at, spoken to poorly, and mistreated. Abusive doesn't even come close to describing this culture. You will be told that you are dumb, slow, and cannot keep up with the work no matter how hard you try. Their training is a joke and doesn't even come close to being up to par. You will be trained for a total of two hours and then yelled at every day thereafter if you aren't doing what's expected of you. How can you do what is expected of you if you haven't even learned the ins and outs of the industry or company? You will be expected to have knowledge of things that you would not have known never being in the industry before. This is less than realistic, but absurd. If you love to be discriminated against, then this is the company for you. They run a chop shop over in India that works people to death and then they are constantly yelled at as well. This company doesn't have a culture, it lacks everything you would seek for in future employment.
