Nice people but poor leadership - Marketing OfferUp Employee Review

Leadership team with lack of strategic vision with a lack of self awareness. Removed the identity, and vision of what made OfferUp great. More often than not culture and values was more talk than action. Lack of career opportunities and no upward mobility.
