Teams work together to lift each other along their success journey.

Cons

Will hire a person to fill a specific need knowing it will be short-term without informing you. Once that purpose is served they will terminate you in the name of corporate restructuring.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly and even though it's a larger company it still has the start up mentality, which is really exciting. Leadership is great, very transparent.

Cons

The company is still working out some of their processes, which is expected, but might not be for individuals who prefer more structure. Some of the benefits are not ideal, but I see that they're working on them.
