Pros
Office Evolution is a great professional network, and in the BCM role you essentially run an office space on your own. You're in property management and handle 20+ different offices.
Cons
Only catch is although it's a nation wide franchise, the individual franchise owners are "small business." If you get the wrong owner, you'll have a bad experience. There also isn't much growth beyond this position, unless your franchise owners create a unique position.
