Pros
At one time it might have become a half decent company, but the greed, arrogant and vengeful nature of the owner has lost the company large contracts but primarily has unjustly hurt innocent people who were doing the right thing. The so called management skirts the intent of the law very carefully to get away with as much black company behaviour as possible without legal retribution
Cons
The owner lies, blames others for her mistakes, and punishes people that are just following the labour laws around mat/pat leave etc. If you question any wrong doing she makes up stories of BOEs and schools complaining, and calls schools to ask targeted questions to garner "proof" just to be spiteful. There is zero recognition of long time employees and whatever work has been done, its all about power harassment and blame. (to be transparent I was not a target of the companies behaviour, but am well aware of her methods)
