Everything else... I was there a few weeks before trainers had me in managers office for gross infractions such as not asking questions, eyes not always open during 8 hours of training, and dare I make a joke which we all did in class when I was called on once because I was nervous. Yet other non black people can interrupt class, have their heads down with blankets, etc. It became apparent I offended the trainers just breathing! No one else but me was pulled out of class to see a manager I shouldn't even see until I'm actually on the phones! I was quiet,paid attention and was rewarded with being singled out and bad reports to management! The manager then began a bizarre campaign of micro management .Said he was going to sit in on trainings all for someone who was always attentive except 1 percent when during 8 hours naturally I may day dream who dosent for a few minutes. The other people I guess it wasn't a problem just me the big non white gal! I'm an adult and made an executive decision to leave weeks in because it became a bully unprofessional culture not a good first impression for a new person. First job I left after a few weeks! Everyone talks behind your back and no one except the top brass are professional! I thought it was a state job but they just work for the state so I hope applying for real state jobs they are more professional!
