Behind the times, old school industrial company. CEO is stuck in the 1950's. Not a family oriented company, takes pride in the fact that employees don't take vacation and only offer two weeks. software is outdated and won't spend money to upgrade. 99% of companies have moved to a central customer service location, not Okonite, prefers each sales office have their own CS Rep and when that rep goes on vacation, sales is expected to run the office taking time away from the field.
