Pros

The company had amazing pro's in 2021 and after going public continued to lose incredibly talented leaders and has gone downhill.

Cons

"Unlimited PTO" is a joke. You are expected to work/contacted while on vacation. Awful work life balance. Incredibly understaffed in key departments and this was strongly reflected on company wide culture surveys. Benefits started to improve in 2023, but are still lacking. Does not retain talented leadership. Layoffs took place in the same month that they took half the company and all advocates on California vacation which included Disney. I was the only employee in my entire department impacted by the layoffs, which came after notifying the company I was expecting the previous month and one of the most tenured employees within my department.

Pros

The company employs many talented and hardworking individuals who are committed to delivering results. There are opportunities to gain broad experience and work on a variety of projects.

Cons

The organizational culture often felt more focused on internal politics than collaboration. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and decision-making was frequently influenced by factors that were not transparent to employees. Constructive feedback was not always welcomed, which created an environment where employees were hesitant to share concerns or new ideas. There appeared to be a disconnect between stated company values and day-to-day practices. Employee well-being was not prioritized. As a result, morale, trust, and retention were ongoing challenges.
