      After being in logistics/trucking for over twenty years, I can gladly say that working for this company ranks as the best, par none!

      Cons

      Sometimes the LTL aspects of their operations can be a bit much, but the job must be done.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
