      Pros

      Pay was Great as they overschedule.

      Cons

      They lied . Got hurt asked for workers comp. Supervisor said yes but picked fmla. Then corporate fired me while home with broken spine. If you get hurt talk to no-one and get attorney immediately.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
