Pros
Laid back, Most people who work there are good people. Friends. The building in general is nice atmosphere.
Cons
Senior leadership wont clearly communicate ANYTHING. Literally left guessing what to work on. After incessantly asking even direct managers dont know because they are complacent a let one or two directors from other areas decide whats best for them, because those one or two directors are best buddies with IT VP. The Morale is terrible. It's in Thomas-ville. Middle of nowhere. USed to have work from home...taken away. Because one or two people abused. Salaries are awful unless you come externally. If you work your way up they BS you on what they can give you even though you are doing significantly more work than external hires for one or two tasks. Bonuses used to be good, they managed to also slash that while the company EVERY YEAR is making more and more record profits... but they act like IT has to cut back because "we spent too much money". NO. "WE" didn't spend too much money. A prior VP did, who you let go. Stop making everyone pay for the sins of the forefathers. Realize that without IT your freight goes nowhere.
