      Pros

      ODFL is a great place to work. I really enjoy the people at work. They are what makes work so easy and fun. Technologies used also help make the work easier.

      Cons

      Having to work outside in the weather is difficult during the winter. Drivers can be cry babies. Overall it is a great place to work. I really enjoy it.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
