The best reason for me is that you have the freedom to just talk to people and build relationships. We have a team night every week so we go out and have fun. We build together to get stronger in the field. We get to go over techniques and everyday is an opportunity.

Put in the work, if you don’t you’ll see it in your paycheck, not really a downside just being real. Sometimes it’s not easy, and that’s ok, but don’t be a quitter, the grind will be well worth it.
