Great Company - Property Manager Olen Properties Employee Review

Stable company, with good people. Leadership is very receptive to questions and providing training. Solid benefit package and many extra perks. Beautiful offices and properties, Strong brand with high standards and a solid work ethic. Many long term employees.

Not a con for me, but you need to be ready to work to be employed here. Slackers are not welcome.

Co-workers are great. Residents at some properties are delightful to be around and to interact with.

Pay for the amount of work demanded is CRAZY low. The company makes almost 100 million but yet all employees are low income and can’t even afford to live on the very property that they breaks their backs to maintain. Supervisors and Managers are the only employees who receive free/minimal housing costs. Leasing is constantly moved around creating havoc for them and their families. Several staff members are related to each other creating an unequal balance. Fair housing only applies to residents, but conflict of interest continues with staff reporting directly to their family members. Corporate is the biggest joke of all time and are a clique of evil manipulators.
