Pros

INCREDIBLE BRANDING/BRAND. AMAZING FOUNDER AND COMMUNITY. INCREDIBLE PRODUCT. INCREDIBLE BRAND RECOGNITION. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. great commission, team camaraderie,

Cons

can't think of any. I have been a part of the Network Marketing space and Oliveda feels so fresh, new, and exciting. people will bat their eyes at MLM's - but OTP is far from MLM as we started in Retail and Spas and feels like being a part of a retail/corporate brand.

Pros

The product is great ! That's about it.

Cons

If you’re here because you noticed quite a few recent job openings, read the reviews carefully. You’re here for a reason. This isn’t about work being hard sometimes — that’s normal. This is about a workplace where any role that reports directly to the founder. The founder has little understanding of how to run a business, and the environment reflects that. You can go to lunch and return to find two colleagues fired, their desks cleared, with no explanation — until, eventually, it’s your turn. And it will be your turn. Before moving forward, ask yourself — and them — a few direct questions. Then listen carefully to the answers: What does success in this role look like at 30, 60, and 90 days? How often do people actually reach those milestones? How are decisions made, and how frequently do priorities shift week to week? Can you speak with former employees as references? How does leadership respond to disagreement or pushback? Why is this role open (again)? If the answers are vague, defensive, or dismissive, that is your answer. And if you’re still curious, by all means—proceed. Just do so with clear eyes and realistic expectations.
