      - the feeling of contributing for the IOC or the olympic games.

      Cons

      - lot of competition between peers - it doesn´t exist a day without pression - indefinite contracts are rare. people work under 2 years terms contracts or they work for other servicing companies.

      Lovely coworkers who were engaging and helpful.

      Cons

      Slight lack of organization. Oftentimes was left with nothing to do, simply because tasks weren't being allocated.

      - Wonderful, environment with amazing managers. - You get the chance to watch Olympic matches and meet athletes. - I worked with our producer to create a documentary about some athletes so I got a chance to travel around for free.

      Cons

      - I don't remember any, maybe they did not have a catering service
