      Pros

      I've been at Omada for years. Changing health care is not easy, but I'm very proud of our company. The virtual care programs that we build truly transform people's lives. When I finish a week of work at Omada, even if it was challenging, I'm always confident that I put my time toward something the world needs.

      Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.

      Cons

      Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
