Pros
Omada has built a culture with its members at the center. Every company meeting features a member story detailing how our mission and vision positively impacts the lives of others. While other companies are pulling back, Omada remains committed to being a virtual company. Except for a few pockets, leadership is non- hierarchical and people feel psychologically safe. People's uniqueness are embraced and most people who express a desire to learn and grow are provided with opportunities to do so.
Cons
Working at Omada requires a learning mindset. The company is moving away from a start-up mentality and building new muscles. Changes, while well meaning and member focused, may not be fully understood by all or embraced by some. The future of Omada is very bright, though the path there will require some discipline and tenacity.
