I truly have no down side to working with Omada

I came from an environment that was very anti work life balance, high micromanagement and just overall toxic. Jess and Katie are in the business to change that. My experience with Omada has been life changing, my ability to be able to disengage when I have time off or take an afternoon to hang out with my family has increased my life fulfillment 10x. I am a night owl and tend to be more productive when the sun goes down and guess what, no one is mad about it! They entrust me as an adult to do my job (and do it well!) in the way that works best for me. We also get to have fun and make light of the stressful industry that is recruiting!
