Great people. No egos at any level. I've never seen a company where I have felt absolutely no fear about talking about to anyone about anything. There have been egos before, but the culture of this company tends to weed them out naturally.

Cons
At times it has been tough, very tough. I've worked my fair share of long days and my work/life balance, on occasion, has taken a hit. Priorities have shifted several times and that has been frustrating. We are definitely a start-up where every bump is felt my everyone at the company. We are moving in the right direction, however, our CEO and VP of Engineering have negotiated some better deals that make timelines much more conducive to working normal hours. We're not out of the woods yet, but we can see the clearing. Those who stick around another six to 12 months will see some amazing things happen at Omadi.
